Scrappers Gym is a community fitness centre open to all members of the community aged 13 to 100.

The gym is led by former ABA Boxing champion ‘Paul Rogers’ and twice British kickboxing champion ‘Andy Brown’.

Scrappers Gym secured £21,000 funding in April 2013 through the Peoples Health Trust - Active Communites Progamme to work with young people aged 13 - 25 years of age in the Toothill and Westlea areas of Swindon.

We have the facility to provide space for individuals or groups of people to participate in Boxing, Kickboxing, Aikido and Mixed Martial Arts.

We use boxing equipment as a way of staying in shape and to help people acquire the discipline to learn a sport and the social skills of working together and learning from each other. People can drop in and train or take part in structured classes at low cost only £3 per session and learn from qualified trainers.

Opening Times

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings 10am to 10:45am 45 minute Box Fit session for women only.
    Monday & Friday 11am - 12 noon Gym will be open for all.
    Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 8pm – 9.30pm open to all.
